Strickland AI Systems LLC is a Georgia limited liability company providing AI consulting services to entrepreneurs and small and mid-sized businesses. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Strickland AI Systems LLC.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that our hosting provider records automatically.

When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment:

• Your email address, which you provide to view your results.
• Your answers to the 24 assessment questions.
• The scores calculated from those answers, including your overall score, readiness band, and the dimension identified as your biggest opportunity.
• Campaign identifiers (commonly called UTM parameters) if you reached the site through a marketing link, so we know which campaign brought you here.
• The date and time you completed the assessment.

When you use the contact form:

• Your first and last name.
• Your email address.
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it.
• The message you write to us.
• Campaign identifiers and the date and time of your submission.

Automatically:

• Standard technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used to operate and secure the site.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site. Any cookies set are those strictly necessary for the website to function.

• To calculate and deliver your assessment results.
• To respond to questions and inquiries you send us.
• To send occasional practical insights about AI for small businesses, which you can stop receiving at any time.
• To understand which marketing efforts bring people to the site.
• To improve our services and the content we publish.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use third-party service providers to operate this website, store the information collected through it, and manage our customer relationships and email communications. These providers process information on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.

We keep assessment responses, scores, lead records, and contact-form messages for 24 months from your last meaningful engagement with us — for example, the last time you submitted a form, replied to us, or interacted with one of our emails. After that period, we delete the records.

If you become a client, information relating to that engagement is governed by our engagement contract with you and is retained under normal business-records practice, including up to seven years for records with tax or accounting significance. That is separate from the website data described above.

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@stricklandaisystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not by itself delete the information we hold, so tell us if you want your data removed as well.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, and we limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information — such as financial account details, government identifiers, or passwords — through the contact form.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We provide services to US-based clients, and this website is intended for users in the United States. Information collected through the site is stored and processed in the United States. We do not direct our services to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom.

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where we have a means of contacting you.
