This site offers information about our services and a free, self-guided AI Readiness Assessment. The assessment asks you to rate your own business across six dimensions and returns a score and a suggested area of focus.

Your results are generated automatically from the answers you provide. They are informational and educational only. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or security advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional reviewing your specific circumstances.

Because the score is calculated entirely from your own self-reported answers, its accuracy depends on the accuracy of those answers. We make no guarantee that acting on your results will produce any particular business outcome.

Using this website, completing the assessment, or sending us a message does not create a consulting, advisory, or professional relationship between us. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement governs that engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or any data it holds.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent security controls.
• Submit false information, or submit another person's information without their permission.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the structure and scoring methodology of the AI Readiness Assessment — is owned by Strickland AI Systems LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for your own informational use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The results generated for you from your own answers are yours to use within your business as you see fit.

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

This website and the assessment are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Strickland AI Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on the assessment results — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this website or the assessment will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strickland AI Systems LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
